Shipping Prices
Prices to ship your order are based on the total cost of the merchandise. You will see the options for prices and shipping methods available when you are ready to check out your order in the shopping cart.

Shipping Policies
Orders received by 3:00pm Pacific Time will ship the next business day. Orders over $100 ship free (EXCLUDING Expedited Delivery and International Orders).
Exceptions:
All non-U.S. orders require a minimum of 3 units per order.
All U.S. cassette orders require a minimum purchase of 2 cassettes.
Return Policy
Within 10 days of receipt of your order, you may return any defective music CD, DVD, cassette tape or VHS tape and we will be happy to exchange it for the same product or store credit. If you would like to make a return, please email sales@intencity.com for more information and specific instructions. Shipping fees are not always refundable.
